I believe in creating an environment that is open and honest to support you in your personal growth.

Following a BA in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of British Columbia and an MA in Sociology from the University of Manchester, I worked in the social services sector helping build and strengthen communities.

My enthusiasm and commitment were recognized with an opportunity to become a Certified Sherpa Executive Coach at the University of Georgia. During training I experienced the power of the coaching process and knew I wanted to help individuals to be the best versions of themselves.

I deeply believe that a healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand. In tandem with my work as an executive coach, I enjoy being active and motivating others to create a healthy lifestyle through fitness pursuits. Specializing in TRX, HIIT and Callanetics, I help groups and one-on-one clients reach their fitness goals as a Master Trainer at Kondi Fitness.

When I’m not coaching or training, I can be found running the Vancouver seawall before sunrise or in the local mountains training for my next ultramarathon trail race. Following my love of running, I am a Lululemon Ambassador for the original original Vancouver Kitsilano store, where I lead their weekly Run Club.
